MindLand is LIVE

MindLand is an Erasmus+ project with partners from Cyprus, Belgium, and Portugal. The project is aiming to help youngsters reach mindfulness and self-awareness with games and exercises on their mobile

Mindfulness can help reduce stress and boost creativity. It is precious for teenagers and young people transitioning into a fast-paced world. However, training in this area is a luxury, as in most European countries, it is not provided in public education.

The MindLand app guides the players through various techniques for processing fears, grief and anxieties and teaches meditation, self-reflection and mindfulness. To navigate the app you will first need to select your language from English, Ukrainien or Arabic.

Uni will introduce the app to you or skip by clicking the arrow.  The home screen will offer introduction videos on dealing with uncertainty.  When you click on the lotus in the top right corner you will come to the menu of ‘practices you can select.  Each selection will take you to a video which will guide you through different meditation practices.
